Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Most items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. RILLA's pieces are handcrafted, and processing time may vary slightly during busy periods or for made-to-order items.
For custom pieces or items made using wax casting, please allow up to 4 weeks for production. Custom timelines will be clearly communicated at checkout and/or via email after your order is placed.
We’ll send you a confirmation email (with tracking!) as soon as your order ships, so you’ll know exactly when your jewels are on their way.
STORE PICKUP - Not Available
At this time, we do not offer local pickup as we do not have a physical storefront. All orders are shipped directly to your preferred address.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3–5 business days for in-stock items (please allow additional time for made-to-order or custom pieces).
We ship via USPS. Once shipped, delivery times are typically:

If your country is not listed above, we do not currently ship to your location.
We offer international shipping through DHL and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times can vary significantly depending on the destination and carrier conditions, but you can generally expect your order to arrive within 8–20 business days. Please note that customs processing and local delivery services may impact these timelines.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RILLA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at connect.rilla@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
