I am inspired by the natural world, and always use natural gemstones and high-quality metals. The kind of materials that hold energy, last a long time, and look like little treasures from the earth (because they are).

In creating RILLA I am committed to sustainability and mindful of the environmental impact associated with gemstone and precious metal mining. I strive to minimize our footprint by adopting practices that promote ecological balance and reduce waste.

I produce in small quantities, with most items made to order to avoid overproduction and minimize waste. All packaging is environmentally friendly, using  recyclable materials, and in most cases those products are also made using post-consumer recycled content.

Shopping small supports sustainable practices by reducing the carbon footprint associated with large-scale production and distribution. Small businesses like mine often prioritize eco-friendly methods, ensuring that each purchase of handmade jewelry contributes to a more sustainable and ethical marketplace. I am continuously looking for ways to improve and enhance our environmental stewardship.
